Concept and Design for PON “De Wasstraat”, implemented for PON in Nijmegen. It is an omni-channel concept, where Website, App, Narrowcasting (big screens on location) and an integrated camera on location work as the whole system. A customer could download the App and make his account mentioning his name, email and the registration plate of his car. Via App the customer can plan and book the car washing, choose the program, plan the date and time, save points and see how busy it is on the particular location. When he comes to the car wash location, he doesn’t have to do anything. The camera recognizes his registration plate, on the screen appears the personalized welcome message with his name and the process begins, ending again with the custom message on the other screen. This concept was nominated for the Sitecore People’s Choice Award.
