This is a very special museum. You learn about the anatomy of a human body through the prism of such theme as “Happiness”, which, of course, is extremely interesting for people. The museum tells how and why we experience happiness, which chemicals influence our mood and health, and also how we can stimulate the feeling of contentment and reduce the level of stress.
There are lots of wisdom thoughts, advices and quotations, like: “When you laugh or smile, it triggers a part of your brain that actually makes you happy.”
Or: “Many people pursue the success as they believe it will make them happy. But research suggests the opposite: happiness fuels success, not the other way around. When we are positive, our brain is more motivated, engaged, creative, energetic, resilient and productive.”
Along with this you learn a lot about the human body: from the brains to reproductive organs. It was especially fun to know that all the blood vessels in one person, when stretched out, can go around the earth twice.
The museum has numerous expositions, photos, audio tour, AR attractions, swings, videos and more, so that a visitor can have his own experience or make a self test.
At the end of the exhibition you can get a “happy card” with an exercise. On my card there was: “Write what was the three things which have made you happy today”.
